The Bullying Assessment is designed to allow you to evaluate whether or not you are being targeted by bullying behaviour.

It is important to note that bullying is a key contributor to stress in the workplace and a primary cause of productivity and profit-loss for business.

Assessment Results

If you areĀ  Bio-Mastery trainee, the results of all your assessments are kept in your personal online portfolio and enable you to compare and contrast your various assessment results over time.

Private and confidential

Please note your assessments are private and confidential and are used by you alone to monitor your progress.

Bio-Mastery for Business makes use of the accumulative, anonymous data of all its trainees for in-house research, development and design purposes. This data is, from time to time, made available to reputable academic institutions for research purposes only.

1.At home. you feel sick the night before your work week starts.
2.You constantly feel nervous and anxious.
3.You experience a sense of doom, waiting for bad things to happen.
4.Your family asks you to stop obsessing about work when you are at home.
5.You have feelings of shame at being controlled by another person at work. This causes you to have difficulties discussing the problem with your spouse or partner.
6.Your blood pressure is unusually high and you are having more than normal health problems.
7.When at home you feel exhausted and lifeless. Everything feels like it requires too much effort. Your desire to do anything is gone.
8.You family keeps asking you to join them in activities but nothing is appealing or enjoyable to you anymore.
9.You feel that you are somehow responsible for the workplace cruelty.
10.People tell you to get help in managing your mental health issues.
11.At work you are continually given tasks that are impossible to do. For example, you are given a new job without any training or time to learn the necessary skills to do the job effectively.
12.No matter how well your are able to deliver at work, it is regarded as never good enough.
13.At work meetings are held without your knowledge or sprung on you without adequate time for you to prepares.
14.You are harassed and humiliated in meetings in front of people.
15.Your attempts to do a good job are constantly undermined or ridiculed.
16.Your personal and professional property are tampered with.
17.Your colleagues and other people at work are treated well, which is in stark contrast to the way you are treated.
18.Your colleagues and other people at work have been instructed or influenced to stop working, talking, or socializing with you.
19.You are constantly being accused of incompetence, despite a history of your work being excellent.
20.You are given an instruction and then there is a denial of the instruction ever having been given you.
21.You are called stupid, an idiot and other derogatory names.
22.You are told you are worthless and incompetent.
23.You are constantly interfered with and unable to get on with your work.
24.A person is warm and intimate one moment and cold and withdrawn the next. You are constantly off balance and uncertain as to how to interact with this person or people.
25.Other people have started to treat you with disrespect.
26.People gossip about you.
27.People are nervous to associate with you.
28.Other people have started shouting or yelling at you in front of others.
29.If you shout or yell back you are disciplined.
30.There is increasingly unfair punishment meted out to you
31.You have been told by people in authority that either harassment isn’t illegal, or they can’t help you, and you have to sort it out between yourselves.
32.There is no assistance, support, empathy or understanding from people in authority.
33.You have confronted a person or people with regards the unacceptable behaviour, but they have pleaded innocence and accused you of harassment or being a trouble maker.
34.Colleagues or people in authority have verbally agreed with you that there is a problem. But, when you have asked for their support they deny having agreed with you or distance themselves saying they can’t get involved.
35.You feel isolated and alone at work.
36.Your applications or requests for transfers, or to work somewhere else, have been repeatedly denied.
37.You feel trapped.
